Developing the Corporate Entrepreneurship Team and a Successful Culture

There are some key issues to address before assembling and developing the corporate entrepreneurship team. The team must be able to accomplish three functions:

 

• Execute the new venture business plan.

• Identify fundamental changes in the new venture as they emerge.

• Make adjustments to the venture plan based on changes in the environment and market that will maintain and develop profitability and growth.
