The Entrepreneurial Process for Each Context

While entrepreneurship is a universal concept, successfully applying the entrepreneurial process within private start-ups, established organizations, or social enterprises requires appreciating the uniqueness of each context and adapting the process. The four stages of the entrepreneurial process apply within all contexts as the same stages would be pursued by a corporate entrepreneur or social entrepreneur attempting to introduce a new service or concept. In all instances, opportunities need to be identified and evaluated, innovative concepts need to be planned, resources need to be evaluated, and ideas need to be managed and implemented within the specified time frame.
