HTML FORM elements enable you to create data-entry documents that can be filled out by the reader and to send data to programs on a server for processing. Common FORM elements include textfields, text areas, password fields, check boxes, radio buttons, combo boxes, list boxes, image maps, and button controls. These HTML form elements are discussed in detail in Chapter 18 (HTML Forms).
