Why Am I So Angry?

Understanding what drives aggressive behavior is crucial in designing measures to cope with it. The more you know about an aggressive individual's way of interpreting others' behavior, motivation in being aggressive, and ability to control aggressive impulses, the better able you will be to deter him or her from violating your space and prerogatives. Measures that would calm aggression in one person might exacerbate it in another, depending upon what is motivating and driving the person.
