A couple of weeks spent working with a bully will give you a year's worth of war stories with which to regale your friends. It won't, however, be worth it. The experience can shake the confidence and equilibrium of the most secure of us. Bullies exact a tremendous toll from both those they target and the organizations they work in.

The bully's objective is not a concrete one in which he wants to pressure you to do something. Rather, his agenda is to dominate and intimidate you because of the stimulation he gets from exercising power over people.
