Introduction

1. Reality gaps: Each of us maps reality differently. Reality includes both current reality and what we envision the future to be—our aspirations. When our perspectives differ, gaps emerge and can be perceived as conflicts. Learning how to identify and narrow the gaps raises our C-IQ.
