Medical History of 1,000 Employees for Previous Year
Number of Employees Frequency of Hospital Visits Total Visits Cost of Each Visit Total Costs
605 0 0 100 0
305 1 305 100 30,500
76 2 152 100 15,200
13 3 39 100 3,900
1 4 4 100 400
1,000 500 50,000
