Conclusion

Abstract

In this book, we have described how the Continuous Architecture approach can help architects effectively support software delivery, particularly Continuous Delivery projects. We presented a series of principles, tools, techniques, and ideas that can be thought of as an architect’s toolbox. The Continuous Architecture principles are complemented by a number of well-known tools such as value chains, utility trees, decision logs, and quality function deployment matrices. All of these tools, together with the principles, assist the architect in defining the key components of a software architecture.
