Shooting Schedule: 3
The schedule can be compiled as one large document, which can be quite heavy to carry around, or it can be made up as a number of smaller documents, such as:
Artists’ Information Pack
This will contain all the information needed by the cast, i.e.
- the cast list
- the production team
- ‘at-a-glance’ schedule
- hotel information for cast members
- artists’ movements and hotel booking chart
- travel information
- location list
- useful telephone numbers
Travel Information
This might come as a separate document which can be left in the unit vehicles. It would contain:
- names, addresses and telephone numbers of locations
- detailed instructions on how to get to the location
- any relevant maps
