SYNOPSIS

Specification is a basic technical and commercial document listing out the requirements of a customer to be met by a supplier. This document must be error-free, besides being clearly and correctly understood and agreed by both the parties. It is a common experience that this document itself can contain errors and can lead to disputes due to lack of clarity and/or proper understanding of the specification by either or both the parties.
