Content Design

Once you have worked through the preliminaries of the user experience, you can begin to design the content. You need to match the type of task with the type of consumer and the type of use. This might be called the technical side of content, and it is an important, but largely invisible, aspect of your content. In addition to the technical side, there is an editorial side, which we will discuss in the section titled “The Editorial Side of Content.”
