What's Different about This Communications Channel

Smartphones and tablets put the world at our fingertips wherever we are. We can check our email and the weather, pay bills, find the best restaurant nearby, and connect with our friends and family through texts and social networking apps.

Nonprofits know that texts, emails, and apps are all popular ways for people to communicate using their smartphones, but mobile marketing seems to be one frontier most nonprofits don't want to explore.
