About the Author
Dr Kumar Neeraj Jha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Delhi. He started his career with Larsen and Toubro Limited as graduate engineer trainee and subsequently held a number of responsible positions in the same company. He has been involved with a number of construction projects in different capacities and specializes in project management and formwork. He also taught at IIT Kanpur for a brief period. He has published in a number of international and national journals and has presented research papers in number of international conferences.
