As you can see by the amount of time spent discussing master data development, Cost Center Accounting is only partially maintained through table configuration. Although most of the menu paths provided routed you through the IMG, this approach was more for consistency than it was a requirement. You can access a lot of the work involved through the user menus and the application portion.
