Master Data of the New GL
The three items that are listed as master data for the New GL Accounting area are the G/L Account, Profit Center and Segment. As mentioned earlier, if the configuration is similar to what is explained in another area of this book, we will not cover it in detail. Therefore, if additional information is required around the configuration of the master data objects G/L Account and Profit Center, refer to the appropriate chapters, Chapter 2 for G/L Accounts and Chapter 13 for Profit Centers.
