Collections Management

Collections Management helps the collections department within the accounts receivables function to identify, prioritize, and manage the collections opportunities. In this section, you’ll learn how to prioritize collections activities. You will also learn how to manage customers by grouping them together based on market segment, business unit, or risk profile.
