Profit Center Accounting (PCA) is not an “official” Controlling module component. Instead, it rests in an area of SAP called Enterprise Controlling (EC). EC also contains the applications Executive Information Systems (EC-EIS), Business Planning (EC-BP), and Consolidations (EC-CS).
