David L Mallory, CCIE No. 1933, is a technical leader for Learning@Cisco, where he is responsible for content development strategy. For the last seven years, David has been primarily focused on UC certifications and was the technical lead for the Cisco 360 Learning Program for CCIE Voice. Prior to joining Learning@Cisco, David was a systems engineer supporting global accounts.
