LIGHTING SYSTEM SETUP PROCEDURE

The setup procedure outlines the series of events that result in the lighting system's being ready for a show. Each design requires its own specialized approach because the number of lamps always varies, as do positions and the amount of time available to set up. The order of events is the same whatever the size of the rig and the number of crew setting up. The larger a system is, the more things are done by more crew simultaneously.
