About the Author
Faithe Wempen, M.A., is a Microsoft Office Master Instructor, an A+ Certified PC technician, and an adjunct instructor of Computer Information Technology at Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis. She is the author of more than 140 books on computer hardware and software, and her online courses have educated more than a quarter of a million students for corporate clients, including Hewlett Packard and Sony.
