  1. Understand what is meant by project scope management;

  2. Understand the difference between project scope and product scope;

  3. Know various scope management processes;

  4. Understand what is meant by work breakdown structure (WBS) and WBS dictionary; and

  5. Learn how to use MS-Project to create WBS.
