Mike Caudill is a program manager within the Cisco Security Research and Operations team, a larger organization that includes the Cisco Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), which he joined in 2001. while in PSIRT, Mike worked as an incident manager driving the resolution, coordination, and disclosure of product vulnerabilities within Cisco products. Before joining the Cisco PSIRT, Mike spent three years in the Cisco technical assistance center providing application support as an engineer in the Network Management team and as a manager for the Enterprise Voice team supporting IP telephony applications.
