Certified ProDiscover Examiner (CPE)
The CPE is one of three vendor-specific computer forensic certifications included in this collection (the others are the AccessData ACE and the EnCase Certified Examiner). This particular credential focuses on the popular and highly regarded ProDiscover Incident Response toolset. ProDiscover offers a Windows-oriented (but not exclusively Windows-focused) forensic application that covers collection, analysis, management, and reporting of computer disk evidence for Windows computers (FAT12, FAT16, FAT32 and all NTFS file systems including Dynamic Disk and Software RAID), as well as Sun Solaris UFS file system and Linux ext2/ext3 file systems.
