Professional Certified Investigator (PCI)

Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) candidates who want to take the PCI exam must first satisfy the following requirements (as stated on the PCI website):

  • Five years of investigations experience including two years in case management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Successful completion of an examination
  • The applicant must not have been convicted of any criminal offense that would reflect negatively on the security profession, ASIS, or the certification program.
