10Base2 A form of coax cable used for 10 Mbps baseband communications up to 185 meters per segment. Also known as ThinNet.
10Base5 A form of coax cable used for 10 Mbps baseband communications up to 500 meters per segment. Also known as ThickNet.
10BaseT A form of twisted-pair cable used for 10 Mbps baseband communications up to 100 meters per segment. Also known as UTP or STP (if shielded).
3DES See Triple Data Encryption Standard (3DES).
