How to Report the Results of an Evaluation

As you are developing a report on results, it is important to determine the message's audience. Implementing new sales roles requires ongoing assessment of effectiveness, and both executive management and employees will have a vital interest in the extent to which the new sales roles are producing the intended results. Therefore, while the analyses and other fact-finding initiatives that go into the evaluation process are frequently time-consuming and detailed, a report on the results should be structured to provide both information and recommendations. An ideal report includes:
