Abstract

This section lists a selection of books and information sources that will allow the reader to go into more depth about some of the areas covered in the book. Note that specific references (books, articles, information sources) related to the material in the chapters are included in those chapters. The references are divided into seven sub-topics: books based on specific data mining software applications; statistical books; books that include case studies; web mining; data mining methodology, data warehouse, and CRM; expert systems; and general references to websites dedicated to data analysis.
