Analysis of Data on the Internet II – Search Experience Analysis

Abstract

This is the second of four chapters dealing with the analysis of data on the Internet and the online environment. This chapter gives an in-depth insight into the Internet’s structure and how users search the web. The first section considers basic ideas about the Internet and Internet search categories. The second section follows an example of processing, analyzing, and modeling a user search log in order to evaluate the search experience quality of a business’s users (customers, employees, etc.).
