Andrea Redmond is an independent consultant working with corporate boards, chief executive officers, and private investors on executive recruiting needs and succession and talent management activities.
Previously, Ms. Redmond spent twenty years with a highly regarded global executive search firm, as senior partner and co-head of the firm’s CEO and board services practice. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Ms. Redmond’s activities included serving clients in the recruitment of directors for corporate boards and in identifying senior management across industries. She conducted numerous recruitment assignments for a variety of public companies and Fortune 500 firms.
