MSMQ machines host Message queues and are configured by an MSMQ administrator. There is, unfortunately, no programmatic way to add machines to the MSMQ system. In the MSMQ world, messages move around between queues within an enterprise. This MSMQ enterprise is usually a direct reflection of an Active Directory enterprise consisting of a forest or collection of Active Directory domain trees. MSMQ enterprises are partitioned into sites. Sites organize a set of MSMQ resources connected through high-speed, reliable links (usually LANs) into a management unit.
