The COMTI Runtime
This section brings together all the previous sections and illustrates a complex, but certainly feasible configuration architecture of COMTI.
Consider Figure 19.18. This figure has many parts. At the lower center is the mainframe, which houses all the data you are interested in and which can support hundreds of concurrent users. In this example, the mainframe has access to DB2 and VSAM databases. All this data will be made available to PC clients through the magic of COMTI.
