Chapter 6:Color Talk

Many designers have difficulty articulating the rationale behind their color systems. At times, this is a result of having chosen a particular palette out of instinct. Choices made intuitively are hard to verbalize. In other instances, language for discussing the subtleties of tints and shades of hues and various color interactions simply escapes them. Nevertheless, talking about color with clients remains an important part of the design process.
