In researching and writing Collective Genius, we were privileged to meet and observe a number of leaders who had demonstrated their ability to lead innovative organizations. Our goal in working with them was to distill from what we saw a framework for leading innovation that was robust enough to capture the challenge but simple enough to guide action.
