This book has now come full circle. While the final chapter highlights how leaders themselves can lead with a collaborative style, the other chapters outline how leaders can shape their organization and cultivate disciplined collaboration in others. Leaders who practice disciplined collaboration work at all levels: they cultivate collaboration by transforming themselves, their organization, and people working in the organization.
