Chapter 25. Crystal Clear

In his book on the Crystal Clear methodology, Alistair Cockburn has captured a recommended set of “Techniques” for guiding teams in their agile and collaborative approach to software development and project management. The first three of these Crystal techniques set the project collaborative tone as team meetings or workshops: Methodology Shaping, the Blitz Planning Meeting, and the Reflection Workshop.
