Chapter 24. Generic Project Meetings

The guides in this chapter provide general guidance for conducting collaborative project events; they remain methodology-neutral but reflect some basic detailed steps for accomplishing each meeting’s purpose collaboratively. They formulate some fundamental collaborative events within a project lifecycle:
