There are a number of things that we can do in order to be more productive, and to help us to enjoy our work. In this appendix, we will cover some ideals for setting up a development environment that will help us achieve these goals.

If you run into a veteran CF developer who has been using ColdFusion since the 'Old Days', you will probably hear him or her praise CFStudio. This migrated to a rewrite of HomeSite that shared a common codebase. It is known as HomeSite+. Adobe still provides the language updates for ColdFusion 8.
