Cocoon provides a wide variety of components, such as the various transformers and generators, that can be used to build different types of applications. As you have seen throughout this book, these applications can range from simple web pages to quite complex solutions such as a news portal, where data is accessed over the Internet and the user configuration is stored in a database.
