Motivating Your Team

Your team members will become more committed, empowered, and motivated if they trust and feel that you make sacrifices yourself and put aside your own ego to act in their best interests. They’ll have faith in you if you listen to and respect them, empathize with their perspectives, consider what they say, and continually share information in an open, honest manner. If you truly listen to them, you’ll not only be able to pick up valuable information, but you’ll also become aware of any negative vibrations long before things get out of hand.
