Dealing with a Difficult Boss

At one time or another, most of us have dealt with a difficult boss. When there are difficulties in the relationship, make sure that your behaviors are not making the situation worse. What part do you play in it? What are you being stubborn about? What can you do differently? What can you let go of? What accommodations can you make? Figure out what the ideal resolution would be and what steps you can take toward that resolution.

Be clear about what’s happening between the two of you, and set boundaries around what you will or won’t tolerate.
