Gap Analysis:Creating Yearly Strategies for Success

Once you know where you want to go, and once you become more realistic about your strengths and weaknesses, you can develop strategies to move yourself forward and achieve your goals. Look back at your vision. Use that to help you articulate a long-term career goal for yourself. At the start of each year, check to see if this is still your long-term goal. It might or might not be. It’s okay to change your vision and goals. Also check to see how you are doing in all the other areas of your life.
