Getting Feedback from Others

A mini-feedback process can also help you understand your strengths and weaknesses. We don’t always see ourselves as clearly as others see us. Therefore, try to find out how different people perceive you. How do you come across to others? What do they perceive to be your strengths and weaknesses? Companies with well-developed performance measurement processes often have 360-degree feedback instruments in place, but if you haven’t had access to this wonderfully powerful, (but somewhat scary) means of assessing yourself, you can do this mini-feedback yourself.
