Assessing Your Skills:How Integrated Are You?

In order to have confidence in yourself, you need to know yourself well. In Chapter One, I talked about the importance of identifying your core values, but you also have to know your strengths and your developmental areas. There are many models of leadership, but I’ve designed one that works well for me and my clients. It outlines the three major domains of an integrated leader. To be integrated and effective, I believe that a leader must have capabilities in each. These three domains break down as follows:
