The Structured Experiences

Each of the following designs is self-contained. Although some of the experiences are designed specifically for learning outcomes associated with the module they support, others can be used in a variety of modules that the trainer either presently uses or is developing.

  • Structured Experience 12–1: What Is Coaching? This structured experience involves a role-play that helps participants explore the various ways a coach interacts with the person being coached. It is a part of the “What Is Coaching?” content module.
