Change is the only constant

People fear change because they fear the unpredictable. But the reality is that change is inevitable in life and you need to be able to respond positively and flexibly to the unexpected.

In Part One we asked you to write down 10 aspects of life that you believe could lead a person to become stressed. We also provided a list of potential stressors from samples of our live groups’ responses. Our list contained the following:
