Chapter 7. Planning and Preparing for an Assessment, Part 4: Assessment Team Training and Post-Training Activities

The last phases of preparation before an assessment actually begins have to do with the assessment team’s training, its pre-onsite activities (reviewing documents and other kinds of material evidence, formulating interview questions and a data collection plan), and briefing the organization participants about the upcoming assessment.
