Detecting external libraries: II. Writing a find-module

The code for this recipe is available at https://github.com/dev-cafe/cmake-cookbook/tree/v1.0/chapter-03/recipe-10 and has a C example. The recipe is valid with CMake version 3.5 (and higher) and has been tested on GNU/Linux, macOS, and Windows.

This recipe complements the previous recipe, Detecting external libraries: I. Using pkg-config. We will show how to write a basic find-module to locate the ZeroMQ messaging library on your system so that the detection of the library can be made to work on non-Unix operating systems. We will reuse the same server-client sample code.
