This phase is very internal to the Hadoop cluster and Hadoop Ecosystem, which we built using Cloud Dataproc. But we can use Apache Pig and Apache Hive to clean data. Proprietary software is also available.
From the GCP ecosystem you can use the Cloud Dataprep service - it is used for cleaning and preparing data for analysis.
