Using GCP services list and classify text based on categories

Similarly, we can also make use of the API to classify text according to different categories. The steps to implement this technique are as follows:

Input the text (in .csv format)
Query the text based on category
Test-split the labels based on category
Test the similarity including empty categories
Classify the text
