Cloud natural language can be used to build insights out of unstructured data such as messages, texts, tweets, blog spots, and so on.

When to use:

A company that is into digital marketing is serving a client who has a new food product being launched in the market and they want to know the response of the consumers. In that case, a digital marketing company can do sentimental analysis on the tweets or FB posts using cloud natural language.
